David and Susan Baker started the Great Lakes business venture back in 1982. Over the years it has grown and evolved tremendously into what Great Lakes Services Inc. is today.
Though their business and team has grown in size, their ability to make each customer feel special, focus on detail, and provide expertise in the energy & climate industry remain.
If you stop in to the office you will be greeted by Susan's smiling face as she remains on the business office side of things as Great Lakes Services - Chief Executive Officer.
In 2007 David decided to retire and handed the management reigns over to his youngest son, Mike, who now manages the day to day operations and team at Great Lakes Services.
